A contact office of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) was vandalized on Wednesday night (Magh 21) in Kamal Rural Municipality–2, Jhapa.
The office, located in Jhapa Constituency–5, had recently been set up to support campaign activities, meetings, and outreach for the senior RSP leader and the party’s candidate from Jhapa–5, Balen Shah.
According to RSP District Chairperson Prakash Pathak, the vandalism caused damage to the office, including broken window glass. He confirmed that the contact office in Kamal Rural Municipality was targeted during the incident.
The District Police Office, Jhapa, stated that the individuals responsible for the vandalism have not yet been identified. Police said they have received information about the incident and are conducting further investigation.
